Kettl is run by husband and wife Zach and Minami Mangan and based out of Brooklyn, New York. They specialise in Japanese teas and source directly from growers and producers who they know and visit several times a year.

From their Fukuoka packing facility they repack all teas that are delivered weekly from growers and are then repacked into date-stamped oxygen free packaging, cold stored until they are air shipped directly from Japan.
